We offer comfortable accommodation with large apartements, conference rooms, and space for business or private parties. We also offer a lot of outdoor activities, for example, ones ideal for teambuilding. You can choose how to spend your time – either relaxing or partaking in all kinds of activities. You can leisurely walks or longer strolls. There are many interesting places to visit. One can relax in the private grounds or explore the biofarm by foot or on a horse back. Additional sport activities are available.

Svacha’s farmhouse history goes beyond 1638 when it was first documented. According to historic records from 1713 the first owner was Vaclav Svacha and the farmhouse is still owned and operated by the same family. In 1927 the main building was restored, including the additions of Art Deco features, which remain today. In 2007 the farmhouse and grounds underwent another reconstruction updating all accomodation amenities.
